Here is a another variation to my previously mentioned Zuchinni Pasta with Marinara sauce. Why not try it with a Raw Pesto Sauce (just don’t use the Parmesan if you want to keep it Vegan). Looks delicious, although I haven’t yet had the chance to try this recipe myself yet. Once again, if you don’t have a spiraliser to make the angel hair pasta strands, you can use a mandolin or even a vegetable peeler to make long thing strands. To give the texture of feeling al dente, if I use a vegetable peeler to make the noodles, I usually marinate the strands in lemon juice and olive oil for about 10 minutes. Bon Appétit more »
