I love this website. Revvell is a Raw Foodie and she has her own online radio show which I just absolutely adore listening to whilst I am ‘un’ cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Kitesurfer Smoothie

Yesterday I made the most delicious breaky smoothie that lasted til the afternoon, but I made sure I saved some for PPP for after work as he needed some post work energy to hit the beach to go kitesurfing! Oranges, apples and pears in the juicer, then put a handful of spinach, blueberries, blackberries & kiwi’s in the blender with the juice and VOILA, a delicious, nutritious breaky that kept me going til about 1pm.
