Raw on the Road
Hey hey. Yesterday was a fully packed day of sightseeing and taking in the fresh non desert air for a change with soooo much greenery around. I awoke and made my self an in hotel room smoothie special: Banana’s, blueberries, spinach (you cannot really see it in back) and water. All mixed up in my Tribest Travel Blender (classy photo on the floor however it was the only powerpoint I could find not being used) Whilst I let that digest I did some work on my computer and started to get peckish again, so dug into my goodie bag of fruit I brought with me and snacked on 2 of these devils: I then packed more »

I haven’t posted for a few days because it has still been quite busy for me with work and also I had to prepare for my work trip (which I am now on! woo hoo. More on how to stick to a High Raw Diet whilst you travel later). In the meantime here is a brief recap on what I have done since Saturday: Breakfast on Sunday: I juiced some oranges, apples and pears in my juicer then blended it with blueberries, frozen bananas, kiwi and blackberries. Back to work! Friday was pretty much a write off for me in the sense that I didn’t really do too much, but I loved every second of it (being my equivalent of a Sunday!) After yoga on Thursday I did an hour cardio at the gym (20mins cross trainer and 40 mins run) then hung out by the pool until late afternoon which was a nice relief after such a busy week. I munched on bananas and nectarines until I got home in time to make some of Kristen’s delicous Cheezy Nacho Sauce and OMG it blew my mind.
