Becci’s Raw Vegan Birthday Cake Recipe (finally!) and Pineapple Sorbet.
Friday night we went to a friends house to watch movies and eat pizza, but I made myself some veggie pasta before we went, and Pat made me an apple juice to take, but we spilt it all over the kitchen before we even had a chance to drink it
So I had to content myself with my bottle of water. But hey, I also made myself some pineapple sorbet with some frozen pineapple. Remember I made Banana Soft Serve? Well I thought I could try it with some other frozen fruit so this time rather than using my food processor, I decided to try my Champion Juicer which has a homogeniser setting. It worked amazing! (bit messy tho!). Can you believe that is ONLY frozen pineapple?
Speaking of pets, I also have a cat Sam, and he lived here before Lucy moved in a few months ago, and he has been spending less time at home and more time in the dirt and at a friends house (even in the heat). I fear that Lucy (very jealous) is pushing Sam out of his home. I have been reprimanding Lucy when I am home and if I see her barking at Sam as he comes in the cat door, and it has helped slightly, with Sam coming home every night for dinner, and sometimes sleeping all day on the couch, but I need some more hints on how to make Sam feel like this is his house too. Or is this just a male cat thing?
