Guys I am uber sorry for the lack of posting of late. My little bro has made the trek from Ozzie land to come and spend some time with his bigger sis and I am indulging in some family time. Lots to report but please forgive me for spending some time with him as opposed to my spunky little pink mac. I will have more time one he leaves in 2 days time. Needless to say although I am having an indulgent time, I am still trying to be wise with my food and activity but it is harder when you have someone else around who isn’t ‘in’ to your crazy ways. Man! It’s been 4 days since I last worked out and I am feeling it (like crap I mean!). Missed my classes today due to the sleep monster, plus the RPM class I wanted was booked out and I couldn’t get out of bed. Just goes to show that when you are consistent with your healthy eating, it is much easier to be active and fit. This is why I don’t like having too many big nights…it takes me days to recover and I am not just talking re my head, I also mean with the body.
