Hiya everyone! How has your week been? I am back at work 1 and a half weeks earlier than I was supposed to be, but it doesn’t matter. I am now away on another top secret work trip for 2 weeks, but it looks like being a great trip for many reasons, but I’ll share them with you later. On Tuesday night I had my first ever Raw Vegan Pot Luck dinner. It was a blast. But the night before I was up late making stuff to take along. I’m such a messy chef – check out the benches! Hidy ho Bloggies. I’m back! First of all I just want to say thank you for all your lovely comments and yes I do seem to be living such a busy crazy life right now and I think that perhaps my body might have just realised as well!!! Living proof of that is that this weekend (well the western weekend – Saturday and Sunday) I have had NOTHING left to give. After a 5 days in Dubai and our weekend away in Qatar (Thursday/Friday). Yesterday and today all I did was hang out in my house in my PJ’s. Yeah even crazy busy me, needs some reeeelax time. I’ll will rewind back to Thursday morning. more »

Hey everyone! How is hump day for you? I flew back from Dubai today, hung out in Bahrain for a few hours (did a Body Pump class and a reduced Hour of Power – 45mins on the treaddy) and now I am back home in Saudi, but not for long. I am off early tomorrow for a drive across the border to Qatar for some 4WDing, beach camping and fun with friends. I have never been to Qatar so another country bites the dust so to speak.
