Happy Friday EVERYONE! Hiya bloggies, I’ve missed ya! Every time I have sat down to write a long awaited post, something else (like work!) has cropped up. It’s kinda crazy here with lots of work right now. Well maybe not that dramatically but wowsers it certainly can enhance it! See you tomorrow with some more great eats! Am off to a walk/run the dog before movie night and pack my bag for an overnight trip I have tomorrow night Jaffa (Choc Orange) Pudding serves 6 3 avocados (yes avocados) 1/3 cup of agave nectar or raw honey 1/3 cup of raw cacao powder 2 T nut better (I used my favourite of almond butter) Pinch of nutmeg Pinch of himalayan salt zest and juice of one orange Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor until smooth.
