Good morning everyone!

Thanks so much for all your wonderful and supportive comments regarding my race I did on Friday. So nice to have you all as my friend

Thought I’d put together a brief video on my latest obsession right now, Young Coconuts, but after I made this I have found an EVEN easy way to open them so hopefully I’ll try make a Part 2 version later this week for ya because it is just too much fun opening them and feasting on them right now. What is up with my coconut fetish right now?

Happy Birthday to my lil sis,who is living in Milan, Italy, and turns 27 today. I asked her on Facebook chat last night what she wanted for her birthday and she said for me to make it to her birthday party on Friday night. How sweet. She was born on my first day of school I will never forget, so my dad took me for my first day and not my mum and I was uber excited to share the news with my new schoolmates and teachers, that I was now a bigger sister to the long awaited baby. Oh no first day nerves for me at all. Hope you have a great day Kim. Love ya and miss ya xxxx

Hi Robyn! Thanks for the great coconut video. I have a question for though. When I buy a Thai cocnut where I live, the insides are gooey..is this normal? I am wondering if I am buying bad coconuts that are old?

Also what program did you use to make your video…I love the corkboard transitions!

Hiya RawSierra! Sorry I didn’t get back to you straight away. Well the day I read this, I had the same thing happen. I think it must be off, what did it smell like? Mine was gooey and a bit weird so I just drank the juice but didn’t eat the meat. I think your nose or taste will tell ya.

And the program I use it just iMovie on my mac. I LOVE my mac
