Thanks for all your comments on the Vegemite post. I think we might have a hung jury on which is best: Marmite or Veggie. Well one thing is still the same, I love vegemite on hot toast the day following a few drinks. But I don’t like the slight headache and craving something juicy and hydrating the next morning. As the weather heats up here this is a refreshing drink to cool you down. In 2005, I left my comfortable life in Australia to move to Glasgow, Scotland. On my way, I went on a month long holiday to Hawaii, Los Angeles then to stay with my Aussie pals who were living in MEXICO. This is the inspiration behind my Holy Guacamole Dressing. This was one of the most incredible vacations of my life.
