Green Smoothie Gives You Wings
I’m back in the skies for work again today for the first time in about 6 weeks! I cannot believe it’s been so long but that’s the beauty of private flying. It’s either feast or famine. Here’s something that’s helped me regain my wings: Green Smoooothie made by the caterers for me with this simple recipe – bananas – spinach – blueberries – water I’ll be back later when my feet ate back on the ground – Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone Share on Facebook

Hey everyone, I am back in the Magical Kingdom and have been since Monday! Sorry for no updates of late but I’ve been readjusting to the timezones, heat/humidity (oh my gosh it is crazy!!!!! 109°F/43°C with around 50% humidity) and reacquainting myself with loved ones. I am not sure if it’s the heat or the jet lag which has me struggling to get much done, but hopefully this week I will be back on track, including my first work flight back tomorrow. Wish me luck! I hope to be bringing you a new regular segment coming really soon (which will help me and possibly you with weekly meal planning), so stay tuned for it this more »

Last week I had a dear friend over for dinner and I wanted to wow her with my raw food that she keeps telling me she is dying to try but I didn’t want to disappoint her. So I called on some trusty friends (although not an entirely raw meal). A personalised version of Tuscan Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto served with Brown Rice Crackers Ratouille – taught to me by the father of 4 children I used to nanny in Scotland.
