It’s the End of an Era
Hi Everyone!! I mentioned this week was a pretty big week ahead in the Girl on Raw world, so now I can share some of the reasons why: After 8 1/2 years as a Flight Attendant, I have finally clipped my wings (for my job anyways) and decided it’s time to retire the uniform and have my feet planted firmly on the ground. Yesterday was my last day. This weekend we headed back to Bahrain for some catchups with friends and plenty of shopping! Whilst there with some friends of ours, I took the time to show them some of my favourite places to pick up some of the more unusual ingredients. Carrefour in City Centre Mall for things like Cacao, Goji Berries & Agave. Bio Natural Nutrition in Bahrain Mall Geant in Bahrain Mall for pretty much everything else that Carrefour doesn’t have. Really quick post this morning as we are about to hit the Saudi/Bahrain causeway to attend a friend’s birthday brunch. Just wanted to share with you a ‘secret’ ingredient I used recently in a latest smoothie creation. The recipe needs to be tweaked before I will publish it but rest assured it was yummy! Stay tuned!
