Shopping for Superfoods
This weekend we headed back to Bahrain for some catchups with friends and plenty of shopping!
Whilst there with some friends of ours, I took the time to show them some of my favourite places to pick up some of the more unusual ingredients.
Carrefour in City Centre Mall for things like Cacao, Goji Berries & Agave.
Bio Natural Nutrition in Bahrain Mall
Geant in Bahrain Mall for pretty much everything else that Carrefour doesn’t have. I was a bit disappointed to find that although they still stock Artisana Nut Butters they didn’t appear to have my all time favourite Coconut Buter

Man – I can’t believe that you can get that stuff in Bahrain and we can’t get it in Thailand! Maybe I need to start emailing companies for distribution. I have only been in the US 4 days and I think I am already overweight! Lol!
Haha Jenn, I would be going crazy already! Live it up an enjoy it! I am going home to Oz this week and I already know I will be putting on weight and it won’t just be baby lol

P.S. There’s a Carrefour in Shanghai I go to, and I’m 100% positive they DON’T sell Navita’s Naturals. HUGE bummer. We need to do something about this!!!!
