Raw Food Class | Workshop
So today was crazy busy but I’m thinking that’s how I like it (call me crazy but my girlfriend this it’s these hormones!)
My Raw Food Basics workshop was a joy and I loved having the ladies over to enjoy what raw food is all about to me. Health, taste & fun.
I took some brief photos of the lead up but on Sunday I’ll be having another workshop and my pal with a camera will be in attendance, so I’ll hope to have more pics for you but here’s some to whet your appetite.
I’m also recording the class as well, so maybe I’ll be able to share it all with you who can’t make it all the way to Saudi
This preggy lady needs to put her feet up!
Night all!
Something to listen to: have you heard of the Great Health Debate? Last night Dr Mercola (world’s most visited natural health website) ’debated’ with Dr Gabriel Cousens (of Tree of Life and Raw for 30days fame) about their differing views on diet and I listened to it today whilst prepping for my workshop. You can listen for free for 24hrs or else pay for access later. I’m looking forward to them all. They got some pretty heavy hitters.
Something to vote on: Living Light is holding another Hot Raw Chef competition and my friend Amber of almostveganblog.com and recent fellow graduate of 105degrees is in the running to win. Even if you just pop over to get some raw recipe ideas from all the contestants, place a vote, you’ll receive a free ebook with all recipes at the end of the competition. What a deal!!

those plates sure are pretty! yes, go rest! well deserved break.
Thanks bitt! I slept til lunchtime today hehe.
Oh what fun! I would have loved to be there!! All the food looks delicious!
I would have loved you both to co-host it with me!! Can’t wait to see if you girls start to do any.
So glad you enjoyed the workshop and feel it went fabulously! I had no doubts that those in attendance would have a spectacular time, so I’m just glad you did too
Also, without a shadow of a doubt, your raw sushi looks more like actual sushi than the orange kind I had at Yong Green Food! And by now I know your raw desserts are tastier than the raw cheezecake I had there too
xoxo
Aw thanks my lovely friend. Oh you are too kind ALWAYS!
Why orange? Was it carrot pulp?
Just grated carrot, from memory! I think the Rawsagne Evan ordered was more creative
Congratulations on hosting a fantastic workshop. The food your created looks delicious!
I hope your feet are up.
xo
I just got up and it’s lunchtime so yeah they were up! Thanks for your encouragement!
Looks like it was fabulous Robyn. I bet you’re tired!
Thanks Casey, yes tired, but rewarding tired! Will you do some workshops soon?
Wow – looks great! And an 8-seater dinner table?! Got to love those huge homes in the ME!
Would you believe it’s a 10 seater??? I had to leave some space for me and my tummy at the front hehe.
Your veggies and sushi rolls were so beautiful! What a fantastic way to introduce others to the joy of raw food. I bet your your positive spirit and energy were enough to convince all present to enjoy more raw goodies.
Thank you kt
What beautiful sushi rools! It’s the one thing that every time I make it, ends up looking like a 2 year old was let loose in the kitchen
So needless to say, I stay far away and just admire others.
rolls (as I roll my eyes in regard to my typo, ha)
Hehe I knew what you meant Callie
and to tell you the truth, some of these ended up in my tummy rather than on the plates as they were a bit messy also
Oh my goodness, I wish I could have been there. It looks so fun, yummy and informative!
((BeaUtiful)) What a delight, that so many are learning about and enjoying your delicious raw yummies!
(And lucky you, enjoying glorious skin while pregnant! You’ll have to keep us posted on how it continues…you’re doing something miraculous!)
