Hey everyone!
I know you’ve all been dying to see more entries, I have been inundated, so apologies for the delay.
It always takes me forever to upload photos onto wordpress…anyone have any secrets as to how they do it quicker?
Anyway the giveaway closes in a few more hours (midnight GMT) but tomorrow I’ll be posting the last of the entries with the winner announced on Tuesday. Sound good?
I have loved seeing what you have to offer, and HELLO to all the new readers from this giveaway. I hope you’ll stick around for more giveaways and shenanigans coming up on the blog.
Dont forget to check out the blogs of those that have links attached as well for some more wonderful recipes.
See ya tomorrow with the last of the entries.

Tessa’s first EVER green smoothie:”made with spinach, mango, banana, linseed and water…topped with a healthy serving of cinnamon!( I LOVE cinnamon) I think it’s all raw!! I had to take a deep breath to try it…but it was actually really yummy!”
½ cup almond pulp (from making milk)
1 cup oats
1.5 cups cocoa powder
1.5 tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup coconut nectar
¾ cup water
¾ tsp vanilla extract
mix all in vitamix – grind first 3 ingredients, then add rest
mix in 1 cup cranberrries mixed with agave and dehydrated for 12 hours.
Dehydrate mix (in a clingfilm lined pan) for 8-12 hours, then take out of tin and dehydrate for another 4-8 hours till dry to touch.
Leave to cool then ice with cream cheese frosting
Cashew Cheese:
110g cashews, soaked and rinsed
50ml water
1 capsule of probiotics
Method:
Blend all ingredients on high speed in the vita mix until completely smooth,
scrape the jug down half way through to be sure you have no chunks
remaining. Scoop this mixture out into a medium mixing bowl and cover the
bowl with a lid or wet cloth. Set the bowl
in a warm place in your kitchen overnight – on top of the dehydrator works
great!

Hope you are enjoying your holiday x
been loving all these giveaway entries, everything looks great, sorry we were not able to get a picture to you, next time. I seem to be very forgetful lately.
Don’t worry girls, you are so busy with alot happening (all good I reckon!)
Yum . This looks amazing. The link for the Pear & Ginger Cheezecake adapted from Cafe Gratitude all by Martine isn’t working. Do you have a copy of the recipe? i would like to make it tonight for friends:)
It should be working now Emily
I want to make every single one of these. I’m drooling.
My computer runs on Windows, and I use WordPress for my blog. I use Windows Live Writer to upload my posts, and posting photos seems to be a little faster than when I do it online (but my internet is absolutely terrible, so it could just be me)
Yeah I wonder if there is something similar for Macs?
I’ve heard Blogo is awesome. It isn’t free, but it’s cheap. I don’t have a Mac, so I haven’t ever used it, but I’ve heard many, many good things.
Aw, Robyn! Thank you. You truly do make me feel lovely, even when I’m feeling deep-down-icky. *hugs hugs*
P.S. So loving the look of the mushroom pilaf! Off to check that out now
Sending virtual love your way and expect an email by this weekend (your weekend tee hee)
Thank you darling! But remember not to stress about it if other things come up that are more important
xoxo
