Chocolate Dipping Sauce *RAW*
Holy moly, check out the temperature we got going on in this part of the world today!
So there was only one thing to do today and that was take my little cookie monster to the pool to cool off.

And the little fella was puckered out after his venture to the pool, I think we’re going to have to make it a common occurrence!
So whilst he rested, I tucked into a big bowl of this
Fresh strawberries and chocolate dipping sauce
2 avocados
2/3 cup of agave nectar
1/2 cup of cacao powder
squeeze of lemon juice
pinch of Himalayan or Celtic Sea Salt
Blend together in high speed blender or food processor until smooth.
It was left over from my Decadent Desserts workshop last night where I taught how to make this too.
Raw Apple Pie
Tasted just like caramel.
I want to tweak the recipe a little more then I’ll share it with you, just take my word for it, it was kinda nice
This was my first Desserts workshop and although it was fun, I think next time I will reduce the dishes as i get really excited about sharing as much as I can in such a short time and find sometimes it can be a little overwhelming to the students, so I’m going to tweak the workshop a little for the next one I have in 2 weeks time. One thing is for sure, there is plenty of food left over!
Giveaway Winner: Raising Happy Healthy Babies book was won by Sarah (not Sarah C). Sarah could you please email me robyn at girlonraw dot com to claim your prize?
It’s my birthday next week and a long weekend for the workers here, so tomorrow night we are heading back to Dubai (it’s a 50minute flight from Bahrain) for some R&R and to catch up with friends as our weekend commences on Thursday. Can’t wait!
What kinds of raw foods would you like to learn how to make at a workshop? Maybe how to put on a dinner party? Maybe you want to see your favourite food recreated in a raw version?

Oh, love! Take care of yourself! That kind of heat is horrendous – we had a few weeks of 38-41 here in Canberra, and my place has no air-conditioning… too hot to live! Definitely, definitely keep up the strawberries and raw chocolate. Every woman needs cooling berries and chocolate endorphins in such weather
That raw apple tart looks amazing!! Can’t wait for the recipe… and to hear of your birthday plans!!
I so owe you an email girly! I haven’t forgotten xx
Absolutely no rush my dear – I owe about 40 emails to other people, so I know how it can build up
xoxo
And guess what, the pie doesn’t require any fancy schmancy equipment!
Holy that’s hot!!!
You can send some of that here. We are lucky lately if we get to 15 degrees.
I would LOVE to see lemon merange recreated raw. I know it would be so hard because of the top part, but it could be fun!!
Those pics are adorable!! Talk about hot!!
Ha ha! That strawberry snack looks delicious!!!
Such cute pool photos beautiful!
Happy birthday for next week. Yay!!!!! Xxxxx
mmm that pie looks awesome! CAn’t wait for the recipe!!
Wow, that’s hot! At least your little man looks adorably refreshed in the pool. What a cutie.
One thing I haven’t made successfully is raw carrot cake with “cream cheese” frosting. I would love to make that raw.
Have a great time in Dubai and Happy Birthday!
So LOVELY!!!
