  1. i totally would love to see more posts focusing on what you feed your son and even more so how to get back in post-preg shape! :-)

Hi Robyn! What gorgeous bowls! We are totally on board with raw food, but having a hard time getting our 4 year old son on board. (Our almost 2 year old loves a lot of raw food, but not totally). I end up making many cooked vegan food dishes that we all eat, simply because I don’t want to always be making 2 meals at every meal. SO, I would LOVE ideas/recipes for kids! Also, kids’ nutrition information etc. Oh, and easy recipes would be helpful, as 1. we do not have a dehydrator, 2. time consuming recipes are hard when you have 2 little ones. Thank you for all you do, I love your blog :) Health and happiness to you!

Hi there! I think you are so adorable and love that you remain raw and healthy during your pregnancies and that you bring your children up in such an environment. My dream is to do the same when I reach that point in my life.

I am a busy girl at the moment going to school full time and working almost full time, but I also need to stay healthy and stick to rawer foods. I was hoping you could help with some Raw On The Go ideas. Or easy ways to incorporate raw foods into your daily life while on a busy schedule. I’m a pretty visual person so maybe it could be a Day In A Busy Life where you give a break down of what the day would look like plus some alternatives for other days.

Since you mentioned Hurricane Sandy I wanted to mention that during this time it was really hard to pay attention to what you were eating since you were just eating what you had. By day two I was just craving a giant salad and a large glass of green juice. I posted about this on Instagram and I found that others were having the same question. What do we do when a natural disaster hits? How do we prepare ourselves? Not only to be safe but to stay healthy. I know that this is the least of some peoples concerns of who was effected by this horrific storm. But to rebuild you need strong, healthy bodies and those strong healthy bodies start from diet. So maybe a Raw Food Survival Guide?

These may be too complex but I love the things you post and thought I would throw in my two cents :-)

Truly love what you do, keep it up!

    xo,
    Kathleen

  4. I think weight-loss and saving-time-in-the-kitchen posts are always helpful!
    You know my name/site/etc. ;)

  5. Catalina says:

Id love to maybe feature artists, more product reviews. meal plans

I would love to know more about raw foods. I have some knowledge, but I’m always a little mystified by the amount of fat. I know we need good fat, but so many recipies seem heavy so I don’t understand how it can be used as a weightloss tool.

I would also love to know about stalking a raw pantry – obviously you buy lots of fruits and veggies frequently but what are the types of things for the pantry to have on hand?

    Thanks!

  7. Lee says:

I love reading your blogs and do make raw foods… . I would like to know more about fermenting foods as these are so full of probotics for a healthy gut…. also something that is really important to me is buying local foods as I am very mindful of supporting local factory workers and farmers, eating in season when everything it at its best and reducing pollution from freighting food. So would you know what local, or Australian foods including bush tucker, we can substitute for all those imported products that have travelled thousands of miles and are used in raw foods… :-)

  8. MIndy says:

I’m still new to a plant-based diet, so any tips are helpful. Quick preparation would be my wish right now. Thanks for the opportunity to win a gorgeous bowl!

  9. Shelley says:

I love raw food recipes that showcase simple ingredients and prove that it doesn’t need to take 3 days to make 1 meal. I especially love new smoothie, salad, and dressing recipes. (my top favorites are the spa salad dressing and the liver flush drink). I agree with Lee on learning more about fermented foods and how to make them at home.

I am familiar with raw foods and enjoy eating them daily but am always looking for more variety. I blog about vegan food & fitness at http://www.milehighhealthy.com

I love your website and can’t wait to see what 2013 brings!

  10. Karla says:

I would love to see more savoury raw ideas – I need some inspiration for raw main meals. Thanks so much and love your website. Cheers :)

  11. Mel B says:

Hi love your blog, am new to raw foods and whilst I don’t think I or my family could go 100% raw I’d love to incorporate more raw into my diet and my family’s diet. I love to see more simple recipes that don’t take much prep work, the ingredients are easy to source and can basically eat instantly. I’m looking at getting a dehydrating machine to dehydrate fruits, breads and snacks but at the moment I experiment with a lot of raw that just involves either fridge time or simple chopping, food processing and mixing. Those wooden bowls look awesome!! :)

  12. Linda-Marie says:

    Hi Robyn,

My name is Linda. I’m 38 years old. I started my raw journey about two years ago. First it was to lose weight after my first child was born and it worked very well. Then I kept on going because the food made me feel so great. Now my second child is 7 months old and I am back at the need-to-lose-weight-stage.

I have been allergic to milk protein and eggs for 14 years and I went vegan the first time 11 years ago. Now I have been vegan for 4 years and I am never going back to meat ever again.

I am the only vegan in my family. I have one friend who is vegetarian. I miss support from likeminded very much. My parents do not agree with my way of eating and it is tiresome to argue all the time so sometimes I eat fish if that is what is served.

I eat more cooked foods during the cold winter months but I find more and more that I crave raw fresh food.

I would love tips and tricks to make fast raw meals, also I try to keep a budget so tips on saving money are always welcome. I am also interested in nutrition, what things contain what vitamins/minerals and what do I need to eat for certain vitamins/minerals. Do you make your own craut? How?

I left the link to my blog above thogh it’s written in swedish. It’s a mobile-blog made with my phone only.

Thank you so much for a nice blog, Facebook and Instagram flow. And Thank you for this very nice giveaway.

    Love
    /Linda

BEST GIVEAWAY EVER!!!!! I dream about these bowls on a regular basis…
I would love to know more about fermenting foods – I’ve never really been a big sauerkraut fan but that might change if I learnt how to do it myself?
Also as summer is coming up I would love more ideas for fun, fresh, fast salad dressings – often in Summer I can get stuck in a rut eating my favourite smoothies, fruit, and salads and forget to shake things up because eating raw in Summer is so easy =)
Oh and also if you have any recommendations of where to further your study about raw foods – I really want to go to a culinary school for raw but I am not sure which to choose.
    Thanks Robyn!

  14. Belinda says:

    Hi Robyn,
I accidentally fell into raw only a month ago now while searching for ideas. I have a partner who is quite supportive of my kitchen escapades, and 2 young boys (4 year old and 5 month old). I don’t really have any requests yet, as I’m still making my way through your website, but I suppose I’d like to see some on-the-go snacks, especially lunchbox ideas for kids.

  15. bitt says:

I vote for “how to remain healthy whilst traveling”+ “quick and easy using minimal ingredients” low-fat, low-glycemic, and I love hearing about your travels and culture and seeing videos of you and your Aussie accent!

  16. Christy says:

Wow, those are beautiful! I’d love to hear more about fermented foods. I’m sort of in the middle, I’ve heard some stuff about raw foods, and try to eat a high raw diet, but some days are better than others when it comes to that.

  17. Cheyenne says:

Hi. I’m a university student in Sydney studying exercise science/nutrition & dietetics. I am, however, much more interested in a holistic approach to nutrition/health as oppsed to the mainstream stuff that I’ll be learning at uni.
I am very much a fan of raw food, but I like to mix it up with cooked food also. As long as its healthy and wholesome, cooked vs raw doesn’t bother me!
I would love to see more things on eating on a students budget! I’m not sure how much you know about this, but also more ways to live sustainably, like herbs or vegetables you may be able to grow in a small, terrace house with no garden.
Oh, also loving fermented foods- addicted to making saeurkraut :)
    Thanks

  18. jaclyn says:

Simple weight loss recipes, please! I LOVE raw foods, but I find that if I eat too many high-fat healthy foods like nuts, avocados, I gain weight really fast. :(

  19. Gabe says:

I am new to raw, and am a bit hesitant. I would love to get more information! Especially on how to eat raw when you have very little time to spend cooking.

On the blog I would love to see more simple recipes and more on how eating raw can help with weight loss.

    Thanks

  20. rachan says:

    good one!

  21. Ty says:

    Bi Robyn.
I love reading your blog, your life fascinates me!
I would love more ideas on snacks for kids/teens lunch boxes and help sorting through the confusion of what diet to follow ie: alcaline, Chinese approach etc
    Keep up the great work
    Ty

  22. Deidre says:

I am new to eating raw but cannot imagine anything better for me to enjoy to keep me healthy. Is love more main dish ideas and love holding books in my hand. Thank you for what you do.

  23. sharon says:

love these bowls! Easy fast recipes….salad dressings, as well.

  24. ava says:

I love these bowls !! I love reading about how you balance a (high) raw lifestyle with a family, and a husband that may not necessarily agree 100% with your ideals. Also, I’m very interested in the nutrition for children and during pregnancy. Thanks!! Win or lose, I’d love to see more of these things :)

  25. Theresa says:

I, like a lot of people, are turning to raw foods to heal. One thing I have found on my healing journey is that I spend a lot of time in the kitchen. That’s ok, but I get tired. I created a salad bar stash in my fridge so that at any time I can grab the containers and throw together a healthy salad. I would love ideas for things I can prep in advance, like the salad bar, so that at any given moment I have what I need to eat a healing meal.
Thank you for all you do to help others on their raw journey’s; I appreciate it. Wishing all the best to you and your family as you prepare for the arrival of your newest addition. Can’t wait to see pics!

  26. Awesome. I eat a lot of high raw foods but by no means 100%. I’d love to see more low-sweetener recipes. Raw foods tend to be very sweet.

  27. sharanya says:

I love everything that you post, personally would love to see how to eat more raw and not get tempted with other foods and also weightloss.I try to do 40% raw everyday.

  28. Mick says:

I’d love a little section with what we can easily grow in the garden and reipes on the best way to utilise them

  29. Tracey says:

Hi Robyn, I am mum to 4 kids and a wife. I am mostly vegan ( without using that label ) my hubby and kids eat meat. I juice daily and have a green smoothy daily. I would love to learn more about raw foods and also easy vegan dishes to feed my kids ( who are very fussy eaters at times ) They only eat meat in basic meals like spaghetti bol etc, I don’t cook steak. I cook very basically at the moment as I don’t have the confidence or enthusiasm to try more elaborate meals but would love to try for my kids to enjoy the vegan lifestyle. I devour any health, nutrition info I can get me hands on too. Love your site and love those bowls too. They are beautiful. :)

  30. Linda says:

I’m a busy mom with a 7 and 10 year old. My family is fairly adventurous when it comes to food so I’d love more recipes with a healthy international flare as well as some planning tips so I’m not starting from scratch with every meal. I’d also really love some weight loss advice.
Love your site, love those bowls! Thanks.

  31. Irene says:

I am new to the vegan / raw lifestyle but gradually getting there with help from sites / blogs like your own. I would like tips on how to encourage young children to eat this sort of diet ( my little one is almost three ) and how to educate and get family members to feed her this sort of diet while they care for her. Warm regards :o )

  32. Hannah says:

In 2013, I’m going to want to see many photos of your new baby girl ;) On the food side of things, easy raw dinners! I’m far too likely to stick with salads and easy cooked meals then put my energy into raw desserts…

  33. hihorosie says:

Call me selfish but I would love to see more recipes that are fast and have few ingredients. I’m always in need of shortcuts!

  34. zinky says:

    More on toddler food

  35. Eva says:

    Hi,

Your recipes are so helpful and the same time nurishment for overall health. I am thankful to come to know about you through my Saudi company friends even though I retired in U.K. Thanks once again.

  36. Lyndsay says:

Extremely new… just dabbling, trying to add a little more vibrancy to my diet. Looking for some quick meals with limited preparation, suitable for a Scottish climate….. a big ask. Enjoying the blog and loving the liver detox ( a must if you are Scottish)

    Much Love

  37. I love these bowls! I’m totally into raw, but I don’t think 100% (or close) is for me. I often find raw foods are too hard on my stomach, but I would love to incorporate more into my diet.
I definitely like to see more on saving time in the kitchen, and also saving money! On a student budget, eating tons of raw produce can get very expensive.

  38. Renee Ballantyne says:

Kids school lunc ideas wouldbe great
