FINALLY! The end is in sight! I’ve been posting the parfait recipe in parts as that is how I made it, but you can make it all in any order. I am still here (and kicking!) Last time I left you I was waiting for my connecting flight from Chicago to come home to the desert and well, now I am back home. Sorry to have left you so long, but I’ve needed the time to adjust to being back home again and all that involves It’s such a long journey from the middle of US of A to Saudi Arabia. According to Dairy Free Betty, I’ve been a bit of a tease, but there has been a method to my madness of holding back from sharing with you my final meal, and that is that it all happened in such a blink of an eye, that I really didn’t take many photos.
