Food Journal in Pictures

*RAW* Asian Noodle Salad

I won’t bore you with too much prose but will let the pictures do the talking whilst I am staying with my girlfriend here in Dubai who is allowing me to ‘un-cook’ for her, and  revel in the availability of so much more produce (well compared to Saudi – but they still don’t have kale!) My take on Gena’s Raw ‘Peanut’ (with not a nut in sight) Noodles.  I dressed julienned cucumbers, zucchinis, red capsicum with Gena’s dressing served atop baby spinach leaves and garnished with green onion. Day at the Saudi Beach | Guest Post: JL Goes Vegan

Hey everyone! How’s your weekend going so far? Remember how our weekends here in Saudi are Thursday/Friday? Well my hubs has taken some time off seeing as both my parents have now left the Kingdom and our training wheels are now off and we are flying solo as new parents. But before they left on Thursday we took them to our company beach to show them some last minute sights before they jetted off to visit my sister in Milano, Italy.
