So today was crazy busy but I’m thinking that’s how I like it (call me crazy but my girlfriend this it’s these hormones!) My Raw Food Basics workshop was a joy and I loved having the ladies over to enjoy what raw food is all about to me. Health, taste & fun. I took some brief photos of the lead up but on Sunday I’ll be having another workshop and my pal with a camera will be in attendance, so I’ll hope to have more pics for you but here’s some to whet your appetite.
