Raw Macaroons Recipe x 3
As promised yesterday, here are my recipes for the 3 versions of macaroons I made for my baby shower on the weekend. Lucky for those of you that DO NOT have dehydrators, they can still be made without, they will just not have that firmness or crunch, but the Apricot/Tahini macaroons are probably the best suited to not being dehydrated, although I did and they were still yummers. To let you know that I’ll be busy the next few days preparing for my Tasting Night. But here’s just a few pics to get you by Today, I went to pick up last minute items for the night, which will have me showcasing some of my favourite raw food dishes learnt at 105degrees to some lucky people on my compound here in Saudi But first it was time to check out MANGO MANIA at the local supermarket.
