Hey there everyone, hope your weekend has been a lovely one where you are at. It’s been a sad news weekend that’s for sure, and my heart and thoughts go out to all the friends and family effected by the Norwegian tradegy. Also really sad to hear of Amy Winehouse’s death, may her torment now be over. I’m still here in Dubai, holed up with my gal, making and enjoying some really clean eats. Yesterday I was a crazy lady and I headed over to the Mall of Emirates on a Saturday when everyone and their nanny was there! Hey everyone! How’s your weekend going in your part of the world? Oh and I almost forgot. Happy Easter! Geez, it’s really hard to remember it’s Easter when it is a Christian holiday and I live in an Islamic Country. So tomorrow night, we are heading out to dinner with friends to another compound (where Pat and I met and he took me out for Valentines Dinner this year). Hey everyone! How’s your weekend going so far? Remember how our weekends here in Saudi are Thursday/Friday? Well my hubs has taken some time off seeing as both my parents have now left the Kingdom and our training wheels are now off and we are flying solo as new parents. But before they left on Thursday we took them to our company beach to show them some last minute sights before they jetted off to visit my sister in Milano, Italy.
