Saturdays are our Monday’s here in Saudi and and such are the beginning to the week ahead. Saturdays are my usual day for fridge clean out which involves making fridge clean out juices, smoothies, pasta sauces and stir fry’s ready to be replenished with newer and fresher produce from my weekly shopping trip. Source    Have you ever tried sprouting? It’s something I know how to do but really don’t do enough of and I don’t know why, as it’s cheap, easy and sooo good for you.
