Hey friends! How is your week looking ahead? Ours is pretty wet, with the warning of FLASH FLOODS later this afternoon! As much as everyone around me is wishing for the sun, I am really enjoying the change in climate here in Australia, considering I live in a sweat box in Saudi Arabia for most of the year! Here’s a post I wrote last year but I’ve been asked quite a bit of late, so I thought I’d repost. To juice or to blend, which is better? Have a read and then you can decide. Do you prefer to juice or blend?
