Howdy friends! How are things in your part of the world? Here we are playing happy families And I am so excited to report that have finally ventured back into my kitchen…. Although these coconuts (I have about 12 in my fridge from pre baby days – it’s lucky they last so long!) have seen better days (notice the mould?!) they were still a wonderful base for my FIRST GREEN SMOOTHIE in a month! Hey everyone! How’s your weekend going so far? Remember how our weekends here in Saudi are Thursday/Friday? Well my hubs has taken some time off seeing as both my parents have now left the Kingdom and our training wheels are now off and we are flying solo as new parents. But before they left on Thursday we took them to our company beach to show them some last minute sights before they jetted off to visit my sister in Milano, Italy.
