Today I had a productive day in the kitch, with a little helper I asked to join me, as a potential assistant for some upcoming workshops I plan on doing in the coming months. But We had a fail. Haha, I can laugh now but oh it wasn’t pretty. Happy Mother Day to those of you who are mothers especially all the new ones I realise that we all celebrate this day at different times through the year (ie I think Saudi celebrated it shortly after I gave birth, maybe April, however I didn’t really know about it) and US and Australia celebrate it today but as this is my first mothers day I really get now what it’s all about. Morning all! What’s happening in your part of the world? Not sure if you’ve heard, but there’s quite a bit of unrest in my neighbouring country of Bahrain. I don’t know too much of what’s going on, other than what friends are posting on facebook and twitter, but needless to say my hearts and prayers go out to everyone that is being effected by the protesting and unrest. My mum is due to arrive from Australia next week so we might be having to change her flight to arrive direct to Saudi, and NOT Bahrain because at this stage, the causeway (border) has been closed for us to enter Bahrain Yesterday I started my day more »
