Learning to Kitesurf and Tasty Lettuce Wraps

Happy Friday EVERYONE! Indulge me in your plans for your weekend because for those of you that have read me for a while you will know that my weekend is officially over now This weekend has been pretty full, with meeting up with some fellow Aussies that have just moved out to this part of the world, to a Salsa infused Haiti fundraiser (wish I had taken pics but I was too busy catching up on Casino Rueda, Sombrero and Setenta learnt on our dance holiday to Cuba in 2009), to hitting the beach for some kitesurfing action.
