Living Raw grew out of my desire to share the information I had gathered on buying raw, vegan and organic produce in Perth and thoughout Australia. Raw foodists often use ’specialist’ ingredients such as Agave Nectar, raw carob and cacao, raw nuts and superfoods. When I first started exploring and living a raw foods lifestyle, such foods could only be purchased online or through specialist retailers.
