Waiting, waiting, waiting…

As I write this I am still pregnant with 1 day left to my supposed due date (it’s changed throughout the pregnancy). Like my first baby, I’m thinking this one is just very comfortable inside. She’ll arrive when she’s ready As a symptom of late pregnancy, or so I’m told, between the bouts of extreme tiredness, there are cliqued bursts of ‘nesting’ energy and this week has been no exception. Things are slowly starting to wind down here in preparation for our baby’s birth which could be either any day now or 2 weeks past 30th Dec, but it’s a great time of year to slow down any way and switch off, enjoy time spent with family and friends, and reflect on the year that was, and to visualise how you want next year to be.
