During my travels to Italy for my sisters wedding I stopped over twice in Dubai to visit my pal and also do a little shopping. As my girlfriend whom I stay with lives close to Dubai Mall I have been getting to know the place quite well each time I visit Dubai. Usually my first stop is Planet Nurition on lower ground floor where I pick up a juice from the Jason Vale Juice Master stand. This week I was graced with a copy of one of my first ever Raw Food heroes’ latest book, Raw Food Made Simple. Karen Knowler is better known as the Raw Food Coach, and creator of the RawFoodDirectory.com and has been a raw food fan since the age of 20 in 1993 and teaching, writing and coaching professionally since 1998. When I was home in Australia recently, an old school friend who is now a Tuppeware selling dynamo, (complete with pink Tuppercar!) gifted me with a Turbo Chef ($AUS $54.95) which has now become a staple in my kitchen. Even better that apparently tupperware products are BPA Free. Tupperware is not readily available in my part of the world and I usually favour glass storage containers and jars, but sometimes they do come up with some beauties. More in the video….
