It is like my body (physically and mentally) can finally rest after weeks of planning and pre planning for my Tasting Night, so I have been laying low (apart from some small amounts of flying for work) and just resting up! Hope you had a terrific weekend! Here is my promised video of myself and Greg (one of my classmates here at 105degrees) getting curious with opening a durian fruit. Have you ever tried one before? If so how do you eat yours? I think I might like to try mine in a smoothie or a pudding!
