East meets West Coast Salad

Heated up an Amy’s Californian Burger (1 each for us girls and 2 for the boy!) and threw it with some ingredients we had leftover from the plane:

Mixed Lettuce Leaves

Mixed Rocca (Rocket/Aragula)

Cucumbers

Red and Yellow Capsicum

Grape Tomatoes

Sundried Tomatoes

Soaked Arame Seaweed

Sesame Seeds to garnish

Dressing:

Rice Vinegar

Tamari/Nama  Shoyu

Toasted Sesame Oil
